What Is A Mutual Fund?
A mutual fund investment is one in which money from many investors are invested in stocks, bonds, and securities. The value of a mutual fund is calculated daily based upon the total net value of the fund divided by the number of shares purchased by the investors. The most common types of mutual funds are bonds, cash and stocks.
